Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Top Frog, we take pride in designing and selling premium fishing products and apparel that we’re proud to stand behind. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.topfrog.com, operated by Fishing2theMax, LLC d/b/a Top Frog (“Top Frog,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be new and unused.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all original components, accessories, tags, and documentation (if applicable).
- Be in resalable condition.
Products that have been used, worn, fished, washed, altered, damaged, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return unless covered under our Limited Warranty described below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were shipped incorrectly:
- Used fishing products
- Worn or washed apparel
- Clearance or final sale merchandise (when marked as such)
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content (if offered)
- Customized or personalized merchandise
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We may transition to a self-service return portal in the future. If available, instructions will be provided on our website.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
4. Return Shipping
Unless your return is the result of:
- A shipping error made by Top Frog,
- An incorrect item received, or
- A verified manufacturing defect,
the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
If a returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the merchandise to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, color, size, or variation, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order through www.topfrog.com.
7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order:
- Arrives damaged,
- Contains the wrong item,
- Is missing an item, or
- Appears defective,
please contact help@topfrog.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include photographs of:
- The product
- The shipping package
- Any visible damage
- The shipping label (when applicable)
8. Limited Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products.
Top Frog fishing products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery.
If we determine that a product contains a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable item; or
- Issue a refund.
For approved warranty claims, Top Frog will provide a prepaid return shipping label or otherwise cover reasonable return shipping costs.
9. Warranty Exclusions
Our Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal fishing use
- Fish strikes or fish-related damage
- Snags, rocks, timber, weeds, or underwater structure
- Improper rigging or installation
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Improper storage
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or finish wear
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Normal wear or washing of apparel
- Damage resulting from improper laundering or care of apparel
Fishing lures and apparel are intended to be used and enjoyed. Normal wear resulting from regular use is expected and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location
- Asking neighbors or other household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
We are happy to assist in investigating shipment issues; however, Top Frog cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
11. Order Cancellations
Our team works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact help@topfrog.com immediately.
While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
12. International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs documentation
- Import duties
- Taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Any other charges associated with returning merchandise
Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees paid to your local government are generally not refundable through Top Frog.
